Shipping Policy - the basics

The risk of damage, theft, or loss shifts entirely to the client the exact moment the package is handed over to the courier service or collected in-store.

All courier, transit, and packaging expenses are strictly for the client’s account.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the costs for re-routing or redelivery are for the client's account.

Shipping is restricted to  within South African borders and cost and packaging is for client's account - to be determined on order placement.

Delivery Timeframe

On submission of your order you will be contacted directly by a member of the sales team and depending on order size and stock levels an exworks delivery timeframe will be discussed - potentially up to 8 weeks for large orders after payment receipt.
